Broaden Your Comfort Zone

Given that we can’t control our lives or our surroundings, the next best thing we can do is learn how to find ease even in the midst of discomfort. Luckily, mindfulness helps us do exactly that, ironically, not by turning away from discomfort but by turning toward it.

In this 7-minute meditation (with ending bell), you’ll be guided to pause and observe urges to adjust your posture or your practice, as a way to cultivate a tolerance for discomfort and to broaden your comfort zone.
